How can I subscribe?

You can subscribe to HorseWorldTV by clicking on the Register page. Here you choose the subscription plan that you would like and follow the steps to sign up from there.

What is horseworldtv?

HorseWorldTV is a online subscription platform that offers you content on a variety of subjects from across the equestrian world. 

What can I expect as a member?
From the moment you sign up, you will see all of the high quality content available and each week, there will be new videos added for your enjoyment.
What are the topics?
The content will be entertaining and educational, covering a broad range of topics, such as riding and training from across the disciplines, horsemanship, health, wellbeing and more.
What language will the video's be in?
The language of the videos will be in English but we are working to have subtitles available on all of our content, so that the videos can be enjoyed in all languages.
Can I share my account with friends and family?
You will not be able to share your account with others and once registered, your account will be linked to you directly. 
Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can change your monthly subscription to a annually subscription and vice versa. You can change this by going into “my account”, then “subscriptions” and then you click change plan. 

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by clicking on “My Account” when you are logged into the platform. Please note that when the subscription is purchased, this cannot be refunded after purchase is made.
My payment failed. How can I update my payment details?
Try to login to your account. Then click on “my account” in the navigation menu. Click on “subscriptions” and then on “update” to update your payment.
Can I gift a subscription to a friend?
You will soon be able to gift a membership. We will notify everyone through our Instagram page when this is available so do follow us on @horseworld_tv
IS THE 3 DAY TRIAL REALLY FREE?

The 3 day trial gives you an opportunity to check out HorseWorldTV and watch the content before you commit to a plan. If you cancel within these 3 days, you don’t have to pay anything. When you don’t cancel, the subscription will be activated after these 3 days and monthly payments will commence. We don’t always have the 3 day trial active. This will be shown as a register option if this is a possibility.
